Baseball Poem

Walking up to the stadium all you can hear
thousands of screams and baseball cheers
You hand to ticket to the man
And he puts a souvenir in our hand
Before the game starts you buy some snacks
Popcorn peanuts and crackerjacks
You sit down in your seat and just wait
For the game to start before it gets too late
The anthem is sung, and it is sung quite well
The people around you are starting to smell
Someone comes out and throws the first pitch.
The game has started without a glitch
The first inning zero to zero
Then a player comes up and becomes a hero
He swings harder than any player
The other team says a prayer
He hits it up into the stands
Everyone throws up their hands
The game is now zero to one
Now the competition has begun.
The game is already halfway done
People get up to get more rum
Now theĀ  bases areĀ  loaded
One hit and the crowd exploded
The amount of screaming is insane
Now thats a game
